Nafplio National Art Gallery

If you believe that Nafplio is picture-perfect, wait until you visit its Art Gallery. The gallery is accommodated in a neoclassical building and was founded in 2004, as a branch of the National Gallery - Alexandros Soutzos Museum in Athens. It was restored and equipped with the aid of the Public Welfare Institution "Aristotle Onassis" and it’s a wonderful opportunity for you to explore the artsy side of history. 

Important Exhibits:
The permanent exhibition titled "1821-Figures and Themes of the Greek Revolution" that includes works of art of Th. Vrizakis, N. Gyzis, N. Lytras and D. Tsokos, sculpted items of everyday use, armory of the fighters.
